Notes for printing this design
PHOTO GIFT BOX: two things to print. The LID is a flat plate with the photo relief on top; every colour is its own part in the 3MF (one filament per colour), the lowest colour includes a 2 mm slab so the lid is stiff. The BOX is a plain open box (3.2 mm walls) with a rebate round the top that the lid sits in, so the lid's slab is flush with the rim and the picture stands above it. Print the lid face up on a textured PEI plate; print the box upright. The lid is a loose fit (0.25 mm each side): add a dab of glue or small magnets if you want it to stay shut.
