How long it takes
Items are made to order. Delivery time is the time a maker needs to produce your item plus courier transit from their workshop to you, so it varies by item, maker and distance. Your order page shows each stage as it happens: confirmed, in production, and shipped with a tracking number.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more and ₹40 below that. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Self-pickup from a maker is always free.
Where we deliver
We deliver across India through our courier partners. Some makers only take orders from buyers in their own state; checkout only offers makers who can deliver to your address.
Tracking and delivery
When your item ships you'll see the courier and tracking number on your order page. Once it arrives, tap I've received this. If you don't, delivery is confirmed automatically 14 days after shipping; you can still report a problem within the return window.
Self-pickup
If you choose pickup, your order page shows the maker's address once it's ready. Tap I've collected this when you have it.
